Lon Líyou believes in empowering the youth!  

20% of proceeds go towards the building of transitional living lofts for homeless youth that will gradually be spread throughout the United States of America.

The number of homeless youth in America is utterly disturbing. From ages 12 to 17: from 1.6 to 1.7 million youth become homeless over a year. About 300,000 to 400,000 youth become homeless on a single day. Ages 18 to 19: about 80,000 to 170,000 over a year; about 22,000 to 44,000 on a single day. Horrible isn’t it? This isn’t including 18-24. The age you stop being a youth is 24. Let's make a difference in this world! They need people who actually care!

Most youth who become homeless are the black sheep of their families that often get verbally and physically abused at home. Many of them are in fact innovators who aren’t allowed to express themselves or their versions of art. This is why we plan to build loft-style apartment housings with an art museum in the basement of each building that is built.
